Pricing questions
What does the monthly price include?
The professional's pay, recruitment, payroll, HR, equipment and our account management. There are no recruitment fees and no hidden setup costs. You pay one invoice a month.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Plans run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. (To confirm.)
Which currency will I be billed in?
UK clients are billed in pounds (GBP). US and Canadian clients are billed in US dollars (USD).
Can I start part-time?
Yes. The Part-time plan covers 80 hours a month, about 4 hours a day. You can move to full-time whenever you need more hours.
Do prices change for US night shifts?
We confirm any shift premium for US or Canadian hours on the call, in writing, before you commit. (To confirm.)
Is VAT or sales tax added?
We will confirm how tax applies to your business on the call and in your written quote. (To confirm.)
